Turtle Carving
I broke something of sentimental value!?
My mentor took me under her wing and gave me a turtle carved from stone that she had from childhood and means a lot to her. And recently, while I was getting it out to admire it, i dropped it! Now there’s a large crack in the back. I’m sure she wouldn’t mind that its cracked, but I feel so guilty! I felt like this frog was something that really connected us and I blemished it. It has a huge sentimental value, and I can’t stop feeling guilty about it. Any suggestions?
It is a frog, but sometimes it looks like a turtle to me. I guess I should have stuck with one of them.
